Wizz Air launches new summer routes to popular European holiday spots

The popular airline Wizz Air is set to launch a number of new routes designed to meet the demand for summer holidays this year.

Earlier this week, on May 17, the Government announced travelling abroad was again a possibility after three months of restrictions and measures preventing anyone to do so.

But since the confirmation, the aviation industry has been met with a mass surge of bookings and now Wizz Air has provided more holiday options for people in the UK.

Starting next month on June 17, new Wizz Air flights will start from Cardiff to a number of popular European destinations.

There will be routes to Larnaca (Cyprus), Corfu, Heraklion (Crate), Faro (Algarve), Alicante, Lanzarote, Palma de Mallorca, and Tenerife, reports CambridgeNews.
