According to regulations imposed by the government of Malaysia, services at all hotels in Malaysia will be limited until further notice. Some public facilities will be closed, although room service will be permitted. Guest will be required to stay in their rooms during their stay. Effective Aug 23, 2017, all hotel rooms in Langkawi are subject to a city construction tax (charged per room per night). Guests are required to pay this tax at the front desk. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, guests are required to strictly abide by rules and regulations imposed by the Malaysian government when booking and staying in hotels. Guests staying for leisure purposes are required to contact the hotel before making a booking. All guests (including children) are required to present the relevant documents upon arrival at the hotel. If you are traveling for business, please present the documents required by the Malaysian Government, such as your company letter, MITI Letter, and travel permit issued by the police (PKP or PKPD letter). If you are traveling for vaccination, please present your vaccination appointment and travel permit issued by the police (PKP or PKPD letter) upon check-in. Check-in may be denied at the hotel if you do not comply with the above requirements. Any denial of entry or stay at the hotel will be handled according to hotel management and any refunds shall be subject to their respective policy and guidelines.
