Town council to put on fun day on Queen Jubliee bank holiday
A TOWN council in Flintshire is organising a fun day on the Queen’s Jubliee bank holiday.
Buckley Town Council is running the event the Higher Common on Friday, June 3 between 12 noon and 3pm.
It will include a variety of stalls, a traditional fun fair, performances from local music artists and stunt teams, classic cars and vintage tractors.
Councillor Carol Ellis said: “It will be great for people to get together to celebrate without restrictions to meet friends and family and celebrate this important and historic ocassion.
“We hope everyone has a wonderful day.”
